If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and handling costs.

Please note that all sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please email us at beliefsinwreaths@gmail.com with your order information (order number, your name, and the email address used for the order).

Please repackage the item(s) with their original shipping materials within 30 days of receiving your order. You can choose any shipping company, but we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive the returned item(s) in good condition, we will promptly issue a merchandise refund and send you an email confirmation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
